I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and comfortable capsules in this hostel. They were a cool and unique experience. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The hostel had a great location, close to Ximending and Taipei main Station. I appreciated the ability to drop off bags early and the late check-out time. The bunk beds were sturdy and easy to climb. I would recommend this hostel for its value and convenience.

All aspects of this hotel were perfectly fine.

The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We were pleasantly surprised to find a sofa bed that allowed accommodation for a fifth person. The cable TV channels provided were excellent. The location was easily accessible through NTU Hospital MRT station, just a 5-10 minute walk away.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room I stayed in had a double bed on top with a lower single bed, perfect for a budget traveler. the beds were comfortable with good quality sheets and a duvet. the design of the room was intelligent and convenient, making the most of the small space. the room had everything I needed and enough space for daily activities. I especially loved the reading light at the head of the bed, as I'm a bookworm.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.

For the price I paid, Sleepbox exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable and the capsule room had great lighting and a/c controls. The common areas had a welcoming atmosphere and the location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The staff were approachable and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience.

The hostel location was perfect, very close to a popular shopping district which was great for buying presents. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were also pleasantly surprised by the free towels and tea that were provided in our room. the stay was great value for money.

The room itself was not up to scratch. We found that there was a lot of dust in some areas and it was clear that not all parts of the room were being properly cleaned.

This hostel was fantastic! the interior design was lovely, and the common area had everything we needed. the bathroom was super clean, and the shower area had both hot and cold water. Best of all, the location was perfect. It was only a short walk to the Tour Bus pick-up point and the night market, and it was also within walking distance of the main station and the airport MRT. Plus, we loved that there were convenience stores nearby in case we got hungry.

That the bed sizes were a bit small, and the walls were not very soundproof. We had some trouble sleeping because we could hear people outside and footsteps from the upper floors.
